Pros:
New building and units.
Amazing lake views.

Cons:
Constantly dirty inside and outside the property for all the common areas.
Dog waste is a serious problem.
I have found drugs, and empty syringes on the property.
The residents here generally do not care and are the main contributors to the messes.
Parking is a disaster for visitors.
Families crowd the pool and make it unpleasant to be at during summer months
Don’t expect them to alert you when they are going to be loud outside your units... for general projects (ex. pressure washing)
Expect any package not able to be delivered to the digital locker system to be stolen by other residents.
Appliances do not match the price you pay for rent.
No emergency lights in the stairwells in power outages.
If another ice/winter storm comes, be careful exiting the property.
After hours maintenance and security have never answered or returned my calls.

To sum all this up, the staff and corporate team that work here are the most apathetic property management team I have ever experienced. I have brought all these concerns to management and their corporate team and I was met with a half assed apology and excuses. If there are issues, you will have to hold their hand to get them fixed if it is more complex and than a service order. I could go on and on, but google won’t let me.

When you sign a lease, it is a two-party contract. They expect you to uphold your end, but have zero concerns for upholding theirs. I would not recommend anyone live here. If you think this is a one-off experience, check all the other negative reviews and find the consistency. Read More
