We put a maintenance request in to get our bathroom sink faucet and the lining on our backdoor fixed. Two and a half weeks went by and someone finally showed up. They didn't fix the correct door and made our other door worse leaving a gap in between the door and the frame. Our bathroom faucet wasn't fixed either. We told management that nothing was fixed, only made worse. They told us we needed to submit another maintenance request in order for it to be done. We put one in and explained in great... detail what needed to be done. Three weeks later our apartment decided to power wash the outside floor of the apartments. Due to the gap that was left in our door frame water got all in our apartment and ruined a brand new rug we had. Over a month had gone by and no one had come to our apartment to make the fixes. I went to the management office yesterday and explained everything. The lady in the front texted someone telling them to come to our apartment and fix what we needed. She told us we needed to have our dog locked up, we said that was fine but they needed to make sure to come. Guess what, no one came to fix anything!!!! We have had multiple occasions where we have locked up our large dog, just for maintenance not to show up. VERY frustrating and unprofessional. Poor communication with office staff. They never follow up when you have an issue, unless you call several times. They have let a resident’s trash pile up for over 3 weeks without stepping in other than sending notices they are ignoring.

The staff in the front office is rude and unprofessional. Phone calls are never returned,

Property is filthy , breezeways and building needs to be pressure washed. Property isnt being up kept nor maintained

I love Soho Parkway! It is such a family environment. The property is always clean and staff is friendly as well.
