Fines at bayside
New ownership took over about a year or so ago and since then it’s been downhill. I’ve been threatened to be fined for a neighbors trash can in front of my wall, a grill not immediately removed (threatened $500 a day), my dog being on the porch ($300) with the door open, and now if they can’t come into my apt unannounced because my dog isn’t crated it will be another $500 fine. Stay clear!

New ownership
Since new ownership has taken over a once great place to live has turned into the worst in the area. Takes months for maintenance to fix anything, they now tow your cars if your guest doesn’t park in the assigned 4 spots next to your apartment and wrist bands are required to get into a pool that closes often. Highly recommend living elsewhere

New management doesn’t fix anything
Maintenance left hatch above my roof open. Therefor the next time it rained I got water damage in my apt and I’ve asked for 6 months to get it fixed and multiple requests. They don’t care about the residents but they’ll sure make sure you park in your assigned space

Will.lose your 60 day notice
We sent our 60 day through their app and they said they never got it. Now they want 3 grand. These are suppose to be "luxury apartments" and have good amenities. Well good luck using them for they are always closed. Need to talk to some about it? Guess what.... CLOSED. No one cares and no one there is on your side
