Been living here 4 mos. And Lenzee, the leasing agent, decided to charge my service animals a nonrefundable non transferable $800 in fees which is illegal to do but she may collect a commission and the property obviously needs it. I also reported her to HUD for unfair housing breach.They have NO system for obtaining a garage, management is constantly changing, and only ONE trash compactor for the whole property which is filthy and disgusting. I take my trash to another property to dispose of it.... My neighbors all have dogs and are very noisy. Trains run all hrs. Of the day and night so youll have to tune it put. Basically for a short term stay less than a yr. This might be alright. Oh and its mandatory to pay $85 for cable and internet and I only pay $40/mos. For internet which is way better. These apts. Seem cheap but youll have admin. Headaches and problems so I suggest to keep looking or just stay less than 1 yr. Read More

I've been living in the apartment for three months now, and my experience has been mixed. The apartment itself is decent—nothing fancy, but functional. The location is convenient, and I haven’t had major issues with neighbors. But in the building next to me there are some kids that like to be destructive, so I am always nervous about that. It was also relatively clean when I moved in, which I appreciated. Maintenance has been quick to respond and very professional. I absolutely adore Jessica.... She is so understanding and easy to talk to when it comes to any issues.

That said, a few things could be improved. I do think that fixtures need to be updated and the apartments that have carpet deserve new or better carpet. You can tell the carpet is old and there are some minor issues like noise. I also wish that they would power wash walkways and exterior walls and stairways on all floors more often. It doesn't look very appealing at all. It's always covered in bird droppings and mud. It’s livable and right now they're in the process of exterior updates which is great. I didn’t want to give one star because, management and maintenance are really nice and friendly, however I’ve been complaining about the upstairs neighbor’s noise since I’ve moved in. I’ve called the office several times, emailed management many times, and I even tried to get help from the after hours courtesy officer ( who didn’t even respond or follow up) and 3 months later I’m still having the same issue. I’m so tired and frustrated trying to get this situation resolved.

DO NOT LIVE HERE ! We have been here for less than a year and the issues have not stopped. They refuse to fix anything ! there is a homeless encampment next to it and they break into peoples cars, the complex never did anything about it and hid it from their renters ! PLEASE DON’T LIVE HERE !

I love it! Very friendly staff! Very clean property. If maintenance is needed, they are quick to assist and repair.
