Looks great but is a living nightmare.
The unit looks great but it has been a living hell at this complex. The main gates are always broken, there is a bug infestation from tarantula looking spiders to ants crawling out of every single hole they could find. The hallways are dirty and filled with webs, wasp nests and the front door doesn’t seal properly to prevent bugs from crawling in. Trash rarely gets picked up. Management doesn’t care, I regret living here. STAY AWAY.

I fell in love with the office team first and then fell in love with the community! Looking for a new place you can stop looking once you find Territory at Williams way!

Great place to call home
With the utmost professional and helpful staff in this community, I am very happy to call this place home. For me the importance of safety and security with Fort Bend's finest always on alert, is the best feeling to call it home.

We love living here, the tenants are all respectful to our each other and on top of that All the apartment employees always plan an event for their tenants to feel comfortable and at home.
