We loved living at Elan Shadow Creek Ranch! The maintenance was great, the pool area was our favorite out of every apartment we have lived in. The staff was nice, but the noise was a little loud at times (especially on the first floor). We would recommend if the location is in a good place for you!

My experience living here has truly been amazing. From the moment I moved in, the community felt welcoming, well-maintained, and professionally managed. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and it has honestly been a place I was proud to call home.

I especially want to give a huge thank you to Allison and the entire team. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure residents were taken care of. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, the staff was always friendly,... responsive, and genuinely cared about the community. That level of service makes a big difference.

I’m only moving because my family and I just purchased a home and are starting our next chapter. If it weren’t for that, I would happily continue living here. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and the wonderful management team that made it so enjoyable.

We’ve enjoyed living at Kingsley at Shadow Creek Ranch. The staff was kind, maintenance was quick and easy, and the noise was never too loud. We wish that there were more amenities or games in the leasing office area!

So far we are loving the monthly events at the Club House! Looking forward to more events and activities to get to know our neighbors. Happy Holidays!

Loved living here! The only downside to this complex was the pricing being more than other apartments in the nearby area. We loved our time here!
