Overall, a nice apartment community. The gas stove and big walk in shower are both a huge plus. The grounds are kept clean for the most part as well.

Loved our time at Elan/Kingsley Shadow Creek Ranch! Maintenance has been amazing, the amenities have been enjoyable, and the office staff has been very kind to us. Overall, we recommend leasing here!

AWFUL. Does NOT recommend for several reasons: (1) walls are paper thin; can hear noise from all surrounding neighbors and the elements (2) staff is unfriendly/unprofessional minus the gentleman who is always kind and helpful (3) Cockroach infestation; siting's at least once a week (4) Regular internet outages with ZERO accountability (5) Gate entrances stay out of service (6) Packages stolen OFTEN from mailroom. Pros: The PROPERTY is beautiful but an obvious quick build. The maintenance team... under RPM has been excellent. Not at all worth the cost. Again - DOES NOT recommend.
