Wonderful property
It has been a pleasure living here since our arrival in September of 2019. The amenities are great. Family friendly. It is a Great area with great schools. It is Such a beautiful property. My daughter and I love it here! The new staff has been just as wonderful as the old since transitioning to new management. Allison and Liz are Always addressing our concerns immediately and providing exceptional customer service! The courtesy office is wonderful. Keep up the great work! Would highly... recommend!!

Under new management
New management took over in June and it’s been horrible since. Gates broke so you can only get in if you’re lucky enough to have a fob. Someone hit the gate trying to get in behind someone and instead of fixing, they blocked the whole thing off. The emails they send are rude. No one is addressing an issues. They started pressure washing and all of a sudden now it’s stopped. Who knows when Pest control has been out last. It’s taking 3-4 days for maintenance requests. If I would have known a new... company was taking over, I definitely wouldn’t have moved here. Now I’m stuck.

New management
These apartments were absolutely amazing when we first moved in. Since the change in management companies it has went down overnight. I absolutely will be moving out when our lease is over. Gate doesn't work. Pool isn't maintained as it was before Not enough workers in the office, usually closed due to tour or wait entirely too long for service. Maintenance employees doesn't have uniforms. They talk negative about the previous management. When the pervious management company were SUPER... professional and didn't show any signs or make any derogatory comments about the change in management even to the last day that they were employed.

The Parkway where i'm feeling home
Really nice calm neighborhood. Quiet place where you really can relax. Nice staff who is always ready to help where possible. For me especially Devin she is the MAX!!!!! from day 1 all communication I had was with her and she was SUPER helpful and professional. I would recommend everyone to check this place out!
