I have had a great experience at Windsor Place Apartments. The complex is always clean, quiet, and well maintained, which makes it a very pleasant place to live. The common areas are kept in good condition, and you can tell there is a strong effort to keep everything organized and presentable.

Our first night was our first encounter with the roaches. I turned on the faucet in the kitchen and the bugs ran out of every crevice! Imagine my dismay at seeing bugs in the kitchen of the place we just signed a lease for. I got in contact with the manager immediately, she suggested that we had brought the bugs with us. My response was that isn’t possible since we hadn’t even brought in a single box. My family has lived with these bugs for the duration of our stay. We see roaches on a daily... basis. I have complained many times. The “bug guy” comes out occasionally and sprays something on the floor of the kitchen and the floor of the bathrooms and leaves. I have attempted to write emails to the property owner and later found out those emails just go straight to the office staff on site. So my complaints just go right to the people who have done nothing to correct the roach problem. This place is basically falling down around us and is held together with bubble gum and duct tape. The maintenance staff are not professionals and do not actually fix anything if they even show up at all. The last time I put in a ticket for our Ac they came out looked at it and basically told us he couldn’t fix it, that it’s old and to let it die if that was what was going to happen. The AC does not and has not cooled the house since we moved in.
Leaks from the second floor bathroom to the first floor dining room, it took weeks to get that fixed and they did nothing for the water leaking just patched the portion of ceiling in the dinning room that had collapsed from all the water. The doors have fallen apart many times, I had to nail the doors back together myself because the maintenance persons never showed up. The quiet hours are not enforced, we have people honking horns and blaring loud music or just generally being loud at all hours of the night. Supposedly we have a security guard however I have never seen this person and they definitely aren’t enforcing any rules. There is always garbage every where. The complex has 5 trash receptacles for the whole complex and they are always over flowing. In the summer it smells horribly outside.
In 2020 the complex was offering specials and deals on rent for any tenant who left them a review. Hence the amount of “good” reviews from that time frame. I didn’t leave a review then because I wasn’t going to lie or mislead anyone into thinking this place is great, it is not great, it’s barely subpar. The price is not equal to the value. Read More

I have had no issues living here. Paola is the best! She is such a sweet lady and has worked with me on any issues I have addressed. For now this is called home and I am happy to say that!
