This is a good place to live. I had a few months already living here private parking and backyard trash and recycling bins also they are quick with work orders management and maintenance are very nice manager always willing to help with any issues no delivery problems safe neighborhood there is a high school close but no issues either nice naighbors it feels like home. When I sold my house i knew this would be a good place to be it makes me feel like if im still in my house you wont regret it.

Love it!
I've lived at these apartments for almost 11 years. It is very quiet and a good community. The office staff Donna and Maryann are amazing. As far as maintenance, Roy is on top of things! It is not too far from 360 and 20. Plenty of shopping near area. I highly recommend this property!

Love it here!
My husband and I moved in a couple weeks ago, and we have fallen in love with Highland Villas! Donna and Mary Ann in the front office are very personable yet professional. They were a huge help when we moved in and I felt truly cared for with any concerns I may have had. Roy, the lead Maintenance worker, is a wonderful guy and very skilled! If I ever had any issue, he has come to my apartment extremely fast and explained what was needed to be done clearly and finished fixing things in a very... reasonable amount of time. I can’t imagine any better!
