Dump This place needs a serious makeover. The apartments are small and don't look updated at all. It also has an eerie feel like an unsafe back alley. The gym was the only decent part in my opinion.

The Belair representative had reached out to me to see what it would take to renew. After several conversations and concessions I decided to renew my lease.
