I’ve been living here two years. It’s disgusting from customer service to the bugs infesting my apartment. I’ve made several work orders and nothing has been done to the effect of getting rid of the bugs. AND they are towing their OWN residents. I pay rent to park there and THEY changed towing companies, and knowingly started towing their own residents. With no discounts, exceptions, or cost of towing as a credit towards rent. Terrible Move-in Water Leakage, broken light bulbs, unplugged washer and dryer, broken refrigerator, switches not working…Everything sucked except the management guy, Jack, who has been very helpful so far

The property is decent and maintenance is quick, and the pool is well kept. But there are some issues that need attention. My floor is missing planks under the carpet, which shouldn’t have been overlooked. A lot of the amenities are no longer available, like the pet washing stations, and the parking gate has been broken for over a month. There’s no on-site manager to handle urgent problems, and most of the doors don’t lock properly, so there’s no real controlled access.
