My experience at this apartment complex was so frustrating and disheartening that I feel obligated to share.
The management here has been a revolving door—multiple managers have come and gone in a short period of time, and as of my move-out, there was no active manager at all. That alone says a lot about how poorly this place is run. When staff can't even stick around, how can tenants expect any consistency or professionalism?
Communication was consistently terrible. Shared spaces were filthy... most of the time, security issues were ignored, and basic amenities were allowed to fall apart without urgency.
At one point, I spoke with an assistant manager about an unresolved issue, and his response was, “I manage the building, not the residents.” That tells you everything you need to know about the attitude here—cold, uncaring, and entirely unprofessional. If you don’t respect the people who live in the building, you have no business managing it.
And to make matters worse, after moving out and thoroughly cleaning the apartment (following every instruction to the letter), I was hit with an excessive move-out bill. They charged me a large amount for “cleaning” and other vague fees without providing any proof or explanation, and then completely ignored my follow-up requests for clarification. It felt like a final attempt to take advantage of tenants who are no longer there to push back.
In short, this place is mismanaged, disorganized, and unethical. The high staff turnover, lack of leadership, unfair treatment, and questionable move-out practices are all red flags. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before signing a lease here. Read More

Responsive Pretty good service and excellent customer service

I've lived here for 14 years, the management used to be very friendly and helpful. Now they cycle through staff at record speed and don't expect them to lift a finger. They are lazy, unskilled, unhelpful, and won't get anything you need done. It's a complete joke. Other things to note, the property is unkempt, trash literally blowing down the breezeways. Pool furnishings haven't seen an update in 10+ years, the chairs are falling apart. Front gate is broken about 50% of the time. The units... themselves have a nice layout, and the rent is reasonable which is why I'm still here. But every time I have to deal with the staff I am more determined to leave this place forever lol.
