This complex is not worth the high price tag. They make you jump through endless hoops and require an absurd amount of paperwork just to get approved, but the living conditions do not match their strict standards. The buildings are outdated. I frequently heard rodents scratching and fighting in the roof and around the structure, which was incredibly unsettling. On top of that, the amenities are poorly maintained; the pool always looked so dirty and neglected that I never even felt comfortable... using it. Old and dirty. Full of rats. No safety as main gate is broken. Poor common facilities. Old system causes higher electric bill. Maintenance supervisor insists to put 5 star rating on visiting new residents.

I lived here for a few years and left some of issues are below.
1) Management closes open maintenance issues that require a contractor to fix. Have to constantly fight to get fixed. They never fixed water damage after a neighbors tub drain broke and leaked dirty shower water.
2) Gates don't work
3) Pool is dirty, Regularly has trash in it.
3) Noise is high on Ridgeview RD a waste transfer station located across gate often causes traffic backups.
4) Kitchen counters are cheap laminated particle... board.
5) Bathroom floor sags when walking and breaks sealant around tub and fittings. Read More

Every unit I toured had mold. Check the vents when you're touring. Terrible
