El lugar es muy seguro y tranquilo para vivir en esta zona y el personal es muy amable y ayuda n con los muy rápido con los problemas que se presentan con los aparatos y problemas con el apartamento que surguen

I’ve had a pretty good experience living here so far! The apartment itself is great and I’m enjoying the space. However, there are two things that could be improved:
The security gate seems to stay open constantly. I haven't seen it closed since I moved in, which defeats the purpose of having a gated community.
The printing situation is a bit frustrating residents are charged to print even though we already pay a monthly amenity fee.

I have been positively impressed as the apartment is very nice, clean and confortable. Also, Chris provided a great customer service during the welcome day where he explained me all the details about the apartment complex. Highly recommended

I love the apartment floor plan, I have only really spoken to one staff member since I’ve been here but he [Chris] has always been very helpful. The office is not the best at answering phone calls, but I don’t need to call for much. The resident portal is easy to navigate and maintenance has always been quick to respond to any needs. The walls are pretty thin here, but there’s nothing that can be done about the way it was built. Really have enjoyed living here. My apartment is perfectly setup, the pool is nice, workout facilities are good enough for quick workouts, staff have been outstanding with emailing and helping with questions. Wish people were more friendly and community based but that's a 1st world complaint.
