A proud resident here. Always top notch service. Staff in leasing office is also very courteous. Love the environment. People are also nice here. Hoping for a longer stay in this community.

From the very beginning, communication and responsiveness have been disappointing. Maintenance takes far too long to address concerns, and when they do, it often feels like a quick patch-up rather than a real fix. On top of that, things that should be simple — like keeping the property well-maintained and ensuring residents aren’t left dealing with ongoing inconveniences — are consistently overlooked.

The way management handles resident needs feels dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me with... little confidence that issues will actually get resolved. For the rent being charged here, the level of service and care falls short.

The community has been nice and quiet but there are issues of loud neighbors and ones that smoke weed consistently. Maintenance request are normally quick and are able to get the issue resolved.

Outside of maintenance and appliance flaws at move-in, the community is great, as well as the leasing agents. Jalisha is very welcoming and helpful.

I wish everyone could get on the same page about closing the back gate to get to the basketball court, splash pad, etc. Or get a door that closes automatically, that way other people who use that area don’t have access to our community. Especially since there are no gates on peoples porches who live at the back of the complex. Someone could easily just come and take our porch furniture.
