Management has been fully replaced and now sucks. They do not prioritize customer service and office staff has a bad attitude!
Maintenance has also gone down hill. One team member in general is really rude and pretentious, yet does not have a craftsman touch. (The head of maintenance is cool though!)
I have been robbed on 3 occasions while living here, and security is a joke. So many others have had their cars’ windows smashed.
Get your act together EVR!

It is a beautiful place to live, peaceful and quiet. It's a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet place to live. It has beautiful common areas, a gorgeous pool, and an excellent gym.

I appreciate how the team actively resolves issues when they’re escalated. The apartment complex is well cared for and it shows. My only qualm with the complex is the ongoing issues with the gates- they’re often non functional (with the gates not closing) and despite the temporary fixes it appears the root cause hasn’t been addressed.
