We live on a upper level floor where wasps swarm the patio. Nothing done though advised. They said they were aware. Doors are not secure. Parking will be non-existent when new building opens. Dog poop, trash and cigarette butts litter the grounds. We have smelled marijuana in the hall, people smoke on their patio. It is supposed to be non-smoking. Our floors randomly shake. Advised, nothing done. It is like a dog kennel on our floor. Dogs bark frequently, dog hair everywhere. Cleaning is not... kept up in hall or elevator. It is loud here. We can hear conversations and music through our walls and floor. We tried to speak with the manager about a week ago. She advised my husband she was on a call but to wait. After waiting almost 30 minutes, another couple was allowed to go right in. We left. Concerns are not addressed. A water restoration/mold damage company has been at a building here for several days wearing hazmat suits. The building we were moving in originally had a lot of water damage in our apartment. They were advised but didn’t seem concerned. They weren’t on schedule so we had to choose another. The apartment we are in now has water stains on baseboards that have shown through the paint.
