I will like to start off by saying i’ve lived at these apartments since 2020. and when we started off in a 2 bed 2 bathroom. everything was going good until 2 weeks in we had bed bugs. they said it’s was because of the “next door neighbors” but that’s not true, then we moved into the 3 bed/2 bathrooms. and it was a pretty big place, BUT we had roaches, big huge roaches that we couldn’t kill. they were so many. couldn’t even sleep at night and i will hear them walk at night, they blamed it on the... downstairs people, then they moved us into the townhome. and it was a pretty big place, but it had some issues AGAIN! they were bed bugs again, it took 4 months for the bed bugs to leave… we had to stay there because of our lease, then the place was breaking apart. when we left they charged us $1,200 because it was a “mess” whole time it’s because the place is a mess, aka them.

Bed bugs
Neighbors had bed bugs, they crawled through walls to our kids bedroom. We fought bed bugs for two months and still would find them. Couldn't use one bedroom because the bugs would come out and bite kids and they would freak out. Hours of time spent fighting bugs. Had to throw 3 beds away, toys, two couches because the apartment couldn't get rid of them. Had to move early. They would not help pay for money lost or put in New apartment. They still charged us. No help. A/c and heater can't keep up... there are so many leaks in Windows. So many issues besides this but it would take a book. Nightmare!

The worst retnal experience ever
I have live at Diamond Loch for about six weeks and my water has been shut off for the fifth time. It is really frustration when you work a second shift and you cant take a shower prior to getting ready for work. My recommendations to any one looking for an apartment in North Richland Hills. Keep looking else where.
