Roach motel
Roaches everywhere, moved into an apartment with a badly fixed window, move in date was delayed after I arrived because there were workers changing the flooring and it was done incorrectly, ac barely works and pipes make so many noises. If breaking lease wasn’t 2000 dollars I’d have left asap

This place should be Demolished
Its apparent upon site that the place is not well taken care of. Upon entering the apartments the stench, the obvious cheap attempt to paint over damages that should have been properly repaired and the roaches is unbelievable. My friend put in request after request to have them spray and make just simple repairs went ignored. I know we ALL have to work, but the people that manage this property and gladly lease these units should have MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS. They have NO Conscious. I would... not suggest this property to my Worst Enemy.

Gang related, roach infested, and raggedy apartments!
DO NOT MOVE IN! Nasty, disgusting, pest infested and gang related apartments. Crooked managers. They do not care that your apartments hot water doesn't work or that your A/C doesn't work. They do not care and will not listen to you! Very rude people.
