Billy Mullen was immediately captured by the awe-inspiring beauty that Hawaii possesses when he first visited the islands as a teenager. Billy earned his bachelor's degree after serving eight years overseas in the United States Army and entered the corporate world working for a Fortune 50 Company. That experience led him to real estate investing where he gained a passion for the industry. Recognizing the need for professional agents to serve clients with integrity, he set out to obtain a real estate license and joined Keller Williams in 2014. Billy is a believer in continuous improvement and seeks the latest industry news and best practices through professional education, training, and research. This dedication propelled him to take a Top Producing Agent role in his market and remain in the top 1% for the entire county. Billy's work and personality speaks for itself as over half of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals. He attributes this to the fact that he believes each client feels like they are top priority when he is working with them, because they are. He also sat as a member of the Agent Leadership Council and chaired an annual Keller Williams Red Day event for his market center – an event focused on giving back to the community through service. When Billy isn’t working, he loves to travel and spend time with his wife, Erica, his son, and two dogs. Billy and his wife recently started the process of becoming foster parents and looks forward to helping provide a positive and safe space for children until they can be successfully reunited with their parents.
