Keeping it short and simple roach problems, office managers very rude and careless , tried to enter my apartment numerous times thinking i was gone . bad water problems i had a new born and for some reason evert week they was shutting off my hot water yet i still had to pay for it me and my daughter were bathing in ice cold water and this was upon first moving in … had a leak above my tub that never got fixed i can only imagine it was the tub above me which is even nastier … thin walls like... super thin can hear every thing now the renovated apartments are nice not as nice as the pictures its carpet instead of hard wood every where except the kitchen and restroom one bed rooms dont come with washer and dryer connections at all so you will be forced to wash somewhere else absolutely no gates so whoever wants to come in can come and leave as they please . best thing i can say about them is wifi and cable is included in rent only thing is you cant connect guest to your wifi also the cable isnt real cable it has knock off shows yet you have to pay for it … a whole mess and this was my very first apartment and i found so many major red flags . I used to like this place at first when there was no major issue, but this is now the worst place when it has to do with Maintenance and pests control. You will put in work order, but nobody will go there to fix the problem and if you call the next day or two they will tell you that there was no work order for you. I put in a work order for maintenance of my faulty refrigerator, which is making loud noises like a generator since last year October, 2018 until this time, nothing has been done to... fix the problem. They kept dragging everything. I even wanted to buy a new refrigerator just to solve the problem, but when I told them to remove their faulty one, the guy said he was instructed by his manager not to remove it, because it is their property, which was indeed asinine, because I am the one paying rent for my apartment and the refrigerator was for my own use. This is so frustrating because I cannot have good night sleep due to the noise, because I lived in a studio apartment, that they kept raising the rent, but fixed nothing. Read More

I was living there a while ago had to leave because, it became a freakin' war zone! Also, their is always loud Rap or Tejano music at night that is so loud that it will rattle the windows of your apartment. You spray and you spray but you still get fire ants in your place despite being on the second floor. July Fourth, May fifth, and New Year's Eve expect gun shots. You will hear people having sex and conversations through the walls and floors. Also, the managers that they generally hire are... arrogant, useless people who don't care about service or your general welfare. They treat the customer, you know the renter that works hard for there money like they were white trash. Lastly, if really want to live there, don't have a nice car and you need legally obtain a gun and learn how to use it. Criminals like to throw a cinder block through your patios doors so they can loot your place and then use one of your sheets off your bed to carry the belongings that they stole.
