This apartment isn’t terrible. It DOES have roaches but only if you don’t keep up with the cleanliness of your apartment. My dishwasher leaks and also doesn’t turn on most of the time. I got maintenance to try and fix it but it probably needs a replacement. The window definitely don’t seem entirely sealed. On rainy days, I can see water forming on my windowsill ledge and hear all the wind slamming against it. They advertise they have a pool BUT TECHNICALLY DO NOT! DONT FALL FOR THE POOL! I’ve... asked why the pool isn’t available and they told me they just haven’t gotten an inspection check from Duncanville to test it. Seems a bit odd when you come to an apartment for a pool but don’t even have it open in the 90 degree weather. It is nice though. Aside from these little things here, it isn’t exactly terrible.. it’s right off LBJ Freeway so it’s easy to get anywhere. 15 minutes from Dallas, only literally 30 seconds from Crunch Fitness, and 4 minutes from target, CFA, Aldi, Home Depot, etc.

Don’t waste your time. They’ll have you living in an apartment with leaks all over the place. Won’t even bother to fix them.
My dish washers in both apartments I rented their did not work. In My second apartment, I decided to try to shut the dish washer all the way and it starting disposing water... dirty water.
