Vanessa made this process so quick and easy for me. She was a great communicator, gave me a tour of some different options available, communicated clear price, and availability, and I was able to get my application completed and moved in within one week! Lovely, newer, safe and affordable apartment complex that I love so much already!

Living at the Waylon has been amazing. The amenities and the facilities as a whole are amazing. The apartment, is my dream apartment. The kitchen finishing and the bathroom, aaaah, love it!!!!
The leasing team, especially Brandon, very friendly and helpful, regardless of my 10,000 questions all the time.
I love living here!

I love it here so far! It’s been amazing experience and great staff. The apartment has plenty of useful and clean amenities. The staff was helpful from day one of touring to after move in.

Moving from far away and the Staff has been fantastic. Every single one of them influenced me to choose the Waylon and it's been great! Daylin was my tour guide and was exceptional!
