It’s so nice and cozy. It almost feels like a hotel I’d never what to leave! I love the green backsplash and the contrast of all the other colors, it’s every easy to make everything match!

I just moved into Waylon Apartments this weekend, and I’m already really happy with my decision. The move-in process was smooth, and the leasing staff made everything simple and stress-free. My apartment was spotless when I arrived—everything looks new, modern, and well cared for. The layout is open with lots of natural light, which makes it feel bright and welcoming.
The community is quiet, clean, and feels very safe, which helped me settle in quickly. I haven’t checked out all the amenities... yet, but the areas I’ve seen are well maintained and inviting. The location is another big plus—it’s just about a five-minute drive to restaurants, shopping, and anything else I need, while still tucked away enough to stay peaceful.
Overall, I’ve had a great first weekend at Waylon Apartments, and I’m excited to keep calling this place home!

Nice and quiet feels safe and I Been here almost a month no complaints. Neighbors i met are friendly and the dog park areas always clean and fully stocked
