Can't wait to move, can't enjoy it or use my kitchen tired of roaches everywhere regardless of how much I spray kill or trap they keep coming and they are babies. Can't take furniture with me afraid of eggs.

This will be my second year here I must say The Management Team is getting things together around here and that makes me feel good. I am all for Improvements also love the fact that they are doing things in the Community especially for the kids. So thank you

I can back to the community this summer. When I stay a couple years ago only issue was maintenance. This time around the maintenance has been moving better. The manager is way better than couple years ago. She comes out the office and gets with they guys to fix issues. Just going to keep staying positive as they improve the community.

DO NOT CHOOSE SKYWAY VILLAS FOR YOUR NEXT MOVE
Living at this property has been my worst nightmare. Over the years change of management is very present as current management are helpless and inattentive. They are there to earn a pay check and not help residents. I’ve had the same AC issue for years and go without AC for at least 4 months a year. I asked to get in contact with supervisor and been contacting corporate but it’s just a reflection of why management is horrible. I haven’t heard back... they will do nothing to help you out in this type of situation, yet I’m still paying rent monthly even if I go 4 months without AC. It seems like this is a constant issue at this property with me and more residents. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, I do not recommend this property at all, there are plenty around the area. Property has change over the years and management is definitely the reason why this property has fallen. Not to mention the unprofessionalism, I made and appointment to meet with property manager at a certain time and she never showed up. The lack of communication with staff is horrible no knows what’s going on, and also they blame each other for each other’s actions. The worst property management I’ve had experience and also the worst corporate, they will not reach out to you, will not care to help and accommodate you in anyway possible and most likely just earning a pay check.
Shame on you skyway villas and Envolve.
No resident should have to experience 4 months without AC while still paying their dues!
