I've been living here for years, gate never worked, management changes every months, there's someone new in the leasing office, and you can't get maintenance to fix anything. I'm still waiting on maintenance, from work orders, I put in, years ago, and they all day the same thing "We're new, we'll definitely handle it" and never do!! They change up porters and maintenance so often, I wouldn't even trust them coming in my place! Painted the speed bumps and went up on rent, ridiculous

Back in december when the blizzard happened, my apartment flooded and I broke my foot trying to clean it up because no one from the front office or maintenance wanted to help. They put a gaping hole in my wall to stop the flooding and left it for 7 months before a work order was even put in to fix my apartment. There’s mold on and around my baseboards from the flood and no one was willing to help. I’m a 68 year old woman with many health conditions and can’t do many things for myself. I've lived here 6 or 7 yrs now and things have changed. The gate hasn't worked in yrs. People are in and out all times of night with loud music. I still think the manager is very nice but, if an appliance breaks down and u have to throw food away, they will NOT REPLACE any of it. THEY DON'T OFFER EITHER. It has happened to me twice now. I once LOVED living here. Now, i'm leaving when my lease is up. I feel they have no respect. U are just a tenant and only a tenant

It's a nice complex but there are a few negatives as far as the cheap flooring and outdated appliances are concerned. The area isn't the best but if you're on a budget and want a townhouse its one to consider renting.
