Worst apartment complex in lufkin

I have lived at Greenbriar for 2 years now with 4 different leases. Karen, the landlady, is easily the most unprofessional, unkind, and ignorant land ladies I have ever met. She picks vendetta's and when you are on her bad side, nothing gets fixed in your apartment, and when they do, they refuse to cleanup their mess and when they ruin your property during repair they refuse to reimburse telling you to claim in under renters insurance. A felon was allowed to live here under her management and... someone was even shot more than once. That very same month they raised the rent almost $100. I waited 2 weeks just for them to unplug a toilet. Worst place I have ever rented from and I recommend any other place in Lufkin than this one.

Let me say I am very sorry as I was unaware of your issues when you lived at Greenbriar. I was unable to determine if you still live at Greenbriar currently. If you do please come by the office, so that we can discuss any issues you are having. If... you prefer we could meet after hours to have a one on one conversation and address any and all of your concerns. We do appreciate you have had 4 leases with us. I hope we are doing something right for you to stay that long? We pride ourselves on fast professional maintenance, I was shocked to see the comments on it. If you do not still live here I promise you all your concerns would be handled and I can personally promise that... I want you to be happy where you live. A rental increase was due to the market increases and did not exceed $50 on increase as the entire community was recently renovated. A paw park was added, new cabinets, new light fixtures, exterior paint, a crushed granite walking trail & more...so please give us a chance to rectify your concerns as we value every resident that lives at our communities.

long term residents are awesome!

I have been a resident at Greenbriar apartments for 24 years and I plan on living here the rest of my life. I feel very happy here and enjoy the great country atmosphere as well as the location to my doctor and shopping as well as the downtown area and the mall.
The community director is very pleasant and professional and does a wonderful job. She and her staff work well together and strife to give excellent customer service. They take very good care of the property inside and out which... is nice for me since I am retired and do not wznt ghe burden of repairs and yard work. The rental rates fit well within my budget so that I can have neighbors of all ages and not need to live in a 55 or older community. My apartment has just been remodeled and I am very comfortable and satisfied with worki g around the sub contractors used curing the process. Greenbriar is a Great place to call Home!

Great apartment

We choose these apartments due to the school district it was in and it newly remodeled units. Our 2 boys love the salt pool. It's a very quiet and nice complex for a family to live in. All in all this is a great place to live!!!

Greenbriar lufkin, texas

We just moved into these apartments so our kids can go to the school district here. We have a 2b/2b and it has new cabinets and no carpet to have to vacuum. Our allergies are so much better. The salt pool is great and the boys love it. The staff are great and easy to get ahold of if needed. I'm so glad we picked these apartments.
