The roaches are really bad here. Really bad. No matter how clean we keep it, every time we turn on a light, they scatter everywhere. We tried 2 different roach killers but it barely touched them. The kids are another problem. The crawl all over the vehicles, throw rocks at your windows and doors, threaten you, and scream outside all hours of the night. People constantly go through the apartments blaring their music. The police are out here a lot. There's fighting and no one cleans up after... themselves. It literally smells like an animal shelter out here. The pool wasn't open at all last year, there's no laundry facility, so you get none of the amenities you're promised. Maintenance is very slow to respond to issues. Half my plugs don't work and they said they couldn't fix it. One plug even melted. It's overall been a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Roaches but looks good in pictures and on the outside
The property is finally getting better on the outside but the inside is full of roaches and the apartments get sprayed once every several months. If you're not home then pest control is in and out in less than 2 minutes. If you're home then it takes about 5 minutes.

Excellent!!
Great place to live and friendly staff.It’s clean ,quite, and they are very efficient.would definitely recommend.
