THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE TO RENT FROM. THEY OFFICE STAFF ARE RUDE TO YOU THEY HAVE NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. NATASHA IS THE MANAGER THERE AND VERY RUDE I DON'T KNOW THE OTHER LADIES NAME WELL BECAUSE EVERY MONTH THERE IS A NEW PERSON. I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 2 YEARS AND THE MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED OVER 5 TIMES. WHILE LIVING THERE FOR THE 1ST YEAR I HAD TROUBLE WITH THE WATER HEATER THEY COULD NEVER FIX IT AND I CALLED MORE THEN ONCE A WEEK I CALLED EVERY DAY AND AFTER BEING THERE A YEAR THEY... FINALLY FIXED IT. WHEN IT RAINS OR SNOWS WATER COMES IN FROM MY BACK AND FRONT DOOR. THE MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE PEOPLE COME IN TO YOUR PLACE WITH OUT NOTIFYING YOU. THERE WAS A TIME WHEN I WAS HOME COOKING AND THE MANAGER NEVER KNOCKED ON THE DOOR, I HEAR HER MESSING WITH MY DOOR AND TRYING TO UNLOCK IT I RUN TO MY FRONT DOOR AND OPEN IT AND SHE LOOKED WITH SHOCK ON HER FACE I TOLD HER YOU CAN BE COMING IN MY PLACE WITH OUT NOTIFYING ME SHE GAVE ME A PAPER AND SAID SORRY AND LEFT. THIS PLACE IS INCOME BASE BUT THERE ARE LOTS MORE PLACES BEING BUILD FOR INCOME BASE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THE NEW PLACES THEN EVEN COMING HERE THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE INCOME BASE. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR AND WILL NOT EVER COME BACK HERE OR WANT ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I WENT THREW WITH THIS PLACE.
