Upon move in, the apartment had bed bugs that were growing in colonies on the wall. They would not treat them, blamed us for them and said it was our responsibility. The air condition units are on the roof and not covered...in TEXAS! So expect a huge electric bill in the summer! Ours was over $400 a month for an apartment thats not even 900 sq ft. Dog park doesn't even have grass, just dirt and will always be muddy.

My lease is up in 9 days and they gave me a notice to vacate based on the fact I kept emailing them because they never service my apt. I have paid my rent on time every month and I do not owe them a dime. They have not filed an eviction (it takes two weeks at least) and I will be out by that time/the end of my lease. They tried to bully me out 2 weeks early by using a scare tactic.
