They call these places luxury apartments.....Hahaha!
This place is terrible. So, the maintenance guys who maintain this place do a subpar job for sure. Paint looks like hell, caulking looks terrible, roaches and whatever other bugs are here, terrible pet owners live here, their rate increases are insane. I was told by the subpar ladies who work in the front office that their rate increases weren't too crazy then come to find out they want to raise my rent by almost one quarter of what I pay now for this tiny little space they call luxury. Stay... away from Southgate Glen Apartments and their management company Anterra.

Hidden Gem in Weatherford
This apartment complex is a hidden gem. Close to everything you could need. The ladies in the office are wonderful. The were super patient with us as we were trying to get all of the paperwork done. I would highly recommend Southgate Glen if you need an apartment in Weatherford!

Lived here for a 3.5 years now and I'm just underwhelmed by it all. The apartments themselves are decent, but the staff can be uncomfortable to work with. I've caught maintenance smoking in apartments while on the job, the front office can be very dismissive of my problems (Oh the AC is out? Well at least it's March...), and I overall feel their response to COVID was inappropriate (Stopped accepting our packages for over a year now but won't wear masks when near our homes? Drawing some stupid... lines in the sand.) But the location is convenient and they're mostly affordable. If you can keep to yourself and never ever need help from the staff, you'll survive until you can afford something better.

Rude management and not professional
Very rude and degrading management. Never again. You don't talk to customers the way. Customer's come in all shapes and sizes. Never again do not recommend.

staff is very unethical
i'm a business owner and attempted to place my daughter in the apartments to attend college. After doing the application a few days later called back and the staff and I got into an argument. That night the staff member had her boyfriend or husband post a negative review on my business page which was not warranted. I would stir clear of dealing with these people. Very unethical, rude, hateful and any other word that you could describe. I would never recommend them to anyone.
