I’ve lived here for many years and plan to stay for a long time. The apartments have attached garages, and I really enjoy my lake view. The staff are always very helpful Salma at the front desk is always kind, and maintenance is excellent. Adrian always goes above and beyond. The only downside is limited guest parking, but overall I’m very happy living here.

I’ve been living at Lakepointe for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! The attached garages are such a nice touch—super convenient and secure. The apartments are really spacious and feel like a true home, plus the lake view is gorgeous and so peaceful. It’s also incredibly quiet here, which is a huge bonus.

Biggest issue is the AC. Had we known that each building shared old, tiny AC units, we wouldn't have moved in. During July and August, our AC was consistently over 87 degrees. We bought fans and heat blocking curtains. Maintenance just kept insisting it was the "Texas heat," but the front office was always VERY cold. If the front office was as hot as the apartment units, no one would move in.

Also, I know several current residents who have complained to corporate about the AC, so they are... aware of the issue. Apparently, Lakepointe doesn't care, and why should they? You are paying the electric bill, not them! My husband and I were paying around $150 PER MONTH for electricity for our 1 bedroom apartment.

Apart from constant issues with the AC, we experienced very rude management who made moving out incredibly difficult and costly. We contacted corporate for assistance, but they did not help at all.

I have lived here for quite awhile now and I love it here, everyone is nice and friendly as well as the staff. Never once have I had a problem that was not solved right away. The parking is limited here but luckily I have a 2 car garage. Overall a pretty clean complex. I just wish pet owners would pick up after their pets.

Love it here! Been living here for years; everything is very convenient! My work is within walking distance; just the way I like it. Staff are always welcome and friendly with a ready-to-help attitude if I have issues with my place! Keep up the great work, everyone!
