Someone was shot in the parking lot and died. My friends car was randomly shot at when leaving the parking lot. The place is extremely roach infested, even though you pay for pest control. There's trash everywhere and the neighbors throw their trash beside the trash bins, not inside. It piles up so quickly and the smell reaches the apartments in the summer. Theres dog poo everywhere. First, let me start with we have been in the community over 7 years. So, this is a general consensus over that time. Management only gets rude if a customer does. Never had a direct problem with them because we always pay our bills on time.

The place is generally kept clean and well maintained, however the water and sewer bills are insane every month. They are always equal to or much higher than the electric bill.
