We appreciate the community, environment, and professionalism of the leasing and maintenance teams. To improve the resident experience, thorough pre-move-in inspections and professional cleaning would be beneficial, as the unit required extensive follow-up. Clearer maintenance communication is needed—several work orders were closed without resolution or updates, requiring repeated follow-ups. A direct phone or in-person contact option for complex issues would improve efficiency. Management... should ensure maintenance and vendors contact residents before entering and honor door requests such as shoe removal or covers. One vendor only knocked (not rang the bell), was unheard, and entered while wearing shoes. Additional concerns include nighttime noise after 10 pm from upstairs, noise during high winds possibly from the exhaust fan, heavy fragrances in the leasing office affecting sensitive residents, and inconsistent dog waste cleanup in common areas.

I love living here! The only downfall I have is when I request maintenance, it takes a little bit for them to come fix something. But other than that I love it here!

The community is great. I truly hate to leave but the new neighbors are louder than the last. They literally STOMP up there. The restaurant has yummy food and drinks and the convenience store is truly convenient.
