Overall move in was pretty decent. I was quoted the wrong move in amount and then they had to correct it. Upon moving in there were dead bugs in the master room and the toilet was black and dirty. The other room and bathroom was fine. It’s like they forgot about the other half. There was also a potent smell coming from the pipes and the shower makes a high pitch sound she turned on. It is a quiet neighborhood which is nice and convenient placed by a lot of stores.

The apartments look modern and clean. I like living here. It's close to the outlet mall, the long shot golf and Bucees. The maintenance staff is always helping.

Ya tengo dos años aquí y todo esta excelente, ya hasta recomendé a mi mejor amigo a vivir aquí y no dudo en hacerlo. Recomiendo 100% estos departamentos.

We have lived here for 2 years and the maintenance and main office staff have always been super friendly and helpful!!! We have loved our experience here.

I've always enjoyed staying in these apartments. I appreciate the effort put into making the community look nice. Amenities such as the fitness are very helpful to supplement workouts missed at my main gym. I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff there.
