The office never has anyone available, random people coming in and out of townhouses, they use some units as air bnbs so again different people at all times not family oriented, the random people in units are the ones showing the units to potential tenants, the townhouses have 3 levels and the separately leased first level, like what?! That’s insane. Save your energy and move somewhere else

Perfect location for living!
I have really enjoyed living in my apartment for the past year. The location is perfect - short driving distance to shops and restaurants. The building itself is modern and well-maintained. My apartment has plenty of natural light, spacious rooms, and a nice layout. The staff is also friendly and responsive whenever I've needed help with anything. I'm so glad I chose to live here!

Overhyped and poorly managed
This property is decent nothing to write home about when it comes to amenities (there are basically none) and the grounds are kept about as well as my bummy college apartment. They’ve changed management companies three times maybe 4 in the 8 months I’ve been here, it’s hard to know for sure with how frequent it changes. They don’t care about their residents and don’t seem to care if we lease again or not. For the first 5 months it was like pulling teeth to pay rent, the charged late fees... because they weren’t in the office in the early afternoon to take a check with no notice they would be out early. They doubled my parking fee I signed at and apparently don’t have a lease saved for me. The owner doesn’t know what they’re doing and you’d do well to find somewhere else to live.

AVOID AT ANY COST
They changed the management 5 times within 1 year. Currently, I am not able to pay my rent because they locked us out of our portals and don’t have a point of contact to resolve our issues. If I could afford breaking the lease, I would not wait for another week and just leave. This is the WORST OF WORST NIGHTMARE EVER. Front desk is a joke. If you go talk to them about an issue you are having, they mock you. You can’t reach anyone higher in line. This place is so bad that I wouldn’t even wish it... for my worst enemy.

Don’t do it
Management will do random “inspections “. Maintenance won’t answer your calls. Place infested with bugs even though forced to pay pest control. Rent will not be the same every month and won’t explain why
