Don’t waist your time! Nothing will get fixed including the the items you write on the list when you move in on day one! Trash is always everywhere! I can’t leave out the sounds of often gun fire! All the closets doors are horrible! I be had to fix my own stove! The fridges are horrible! My dishwasher was never installed correctly so it holds all water from the sink! The pest control company only sprays water so I had that done myself! I’m currently treating mold that no one cares about so I’m... mopping water daily and cleaning to mold myself! I was told that I would be moving in today because my apartment would have them ready by today. I’ll go in and I asked the property manager to walk with me to the apartment first before we sign anything. As soon as we walked in the apartment trash is over the floor there is no stole the light fixture is broken this is just standing at the door way which you could see. As we walked inside the apartment electrical socket we’re hanging out of the wall the bathrooms were not dying they were... disgusting both of them one of the doors had a hole in it. Then she proceeds to tell me that she would get everything fixed and I’ll be able to move in by three this is at 12 o’clock that she’s telling me as we are going through the things you’re looking at the counter you see you see roach droppings all over the counter and as we are opening a door a roach falls on me. I told her that due to health conditions I would need to be in another apartment she then explained to me I can’t give you a different apartment but this is the only apartment we have we can get this done by 3:30 give us till 330 I told her if I had to stay in here I would need all new appliances she said that she would switch out a refrigerator from another unit to put in that went and they couldn’t replace a dishwasher. I have been without hot water for a whole week and they seem to don't care.

Large dogs even tho the lease say 20 lb only. Apartment always trash out. will tow your car doesn't matter if you are a lease holder. lights in my breezeway was out for 6 months walked right into a drug deal in the breezeway. shooting in parking lot might afternoon. and more Md getting worst.

If no one else is polite the maintenance guys are.
