I had no AC for over a week. I had no heat until I had the city code come out and force them to turn my heat on. I have had up to two plus weeks with no hot water. The city is out here constantly forcing them to do everything. I have been overcharged. Units are just boarded up around me. Do not move in here

This has been my experience living here the past 3 years

1 . There is a bad rat and roach problem
2. This is a habitual crime property and there are always break ins in cars and your home. I’ve had my place broken into twice
3. Visitors have to pay for parking
4. The pools are unkept and you cannot swim in them yet they charge you an amenity fee
5. Boarded up buildings everywhere
6. Garbage and unkept grounds
7. Traffic congestion

I have been living here almost 5 years and in the last year property has gone slightly downhill. We have had no hot water going on three weeks. Trash is piled up everywhere , the “gated” has never been closed and most recently vagrants are breaking into vacant apartments and drugs deals made.

Been living there two years and I wood rats that eat your food pots and pans your furniture caught over seven of them in three days in office will not do anything about it. They bit my sister’s feet. I have shown office pictures, videos, filing a lawsuit against him now call me having this problem for a couple of months try six I can’t even walk in my house but I’ll be in scared because they be out in daylight also.
