The front office staff at Kacey in Kingwood were very nice & helpful to me. Sebastian, Kristian & Jennifer were always willing to help with any request.

My spouse and I lived in the complex for 2 years, we enjoyed the apartment and the looks of it but that did not offset the headaches you have to deal with in the office staff. The maintenance crew were always amazing, if we had to ever deal with the front office staff it would take hours. Do not ever expect them to return calls or emails. The office staff would over charge us, bill us for something that did not belong or increase our bills and the response was always "it was a system mistake."... In the two years we lived there we spent several hours in the office due to the "system mistake" and within those 2 years we dealt with 4 different office managers and countless numbers of different "new" employees. Almost every time we had to deal with a new employee, they did not know their systems or anything of the lease agreements, which lead to many issues with the office staff telling us information that was not true.
The lack of organization is frustrating and time consuming for the tenant.
I personally would not recommend moving to this location, there are several other apartment complexes in the area that are much more willing to work with their tenants. Read More

I have been living here for a year. Units are new with a beautiful open kitchen concept, granite countertops, sizable closets, and patios. The maintenance team is friendly and courteous. However, you’re lucky if the office staff (Tye) answers the phones. When they do, they promise to call back to address one’s concerns but never do. Very disappointed with the service this new management provides its residents.

Great community to live in. Any problems I have had were quickly taken care of by the staff. The building is very clean and I barley hear my neighbors as I have been working from home. Just a pleasant experience all around so far. And I have been living here for almost 6 months.
