Rashonda is truly one of a kind. I can't thank her enough for how kind, professional, and approachable she is in every interaction. Her knowledge of the property is top-tier, and it shows in the way she stays ahead of issues and takes care of both residents and the community.

I’ve had a mixed experience so far at Alta Landing. My move-in and early interactions were rocky and, at times, unpleasant due to challenges with the property management. However, things noticeably improved thanks to Michael, who has been extremely helpful, professional, and responsive.

One of the standout positives of this community is the maintenance team—they are truly top tier. Work orders are handled efficiently, and the upkeep of the common areas is consistently superb. The property is... well-maintained, and that definitely adds to the overall living experience.

While the start wasn’t ideal, I can acknowledge that there have been improvements, and I appreciate the efforts from certain staff members who are making a difference.
