Prose Franz has been a very delightful experience. The staff members are all awesome. Sometimes I feel like I’m staying at a resort and not an apartment complex.

My experience hasn’t been the best and I’m sure you will not post it. Car theft, really loud neighbor, but I think the walls are thin… I can hear when water is ran. I wouldn’t recommend Prose Franz. Sorry but that is the truth.

Moving here has been the best decision! The amenities are great, the outdoor grounds are nicely kept, the community is quiet and properly secured (with security cameras/gate), and the staff is always eager to help address questions or concerns. I previously had a P.O box and considered doing the same here, but they have a unique service that delivers your packages that also serves as a P.O box, so no need to spend extra money at the post office. They are also pet friendly!
