Not the worst. I would have preferred to have neighbors who didnt smoke right in the hall entrance. Roaches occurred but some were tree type so that's unavoidable. Had a strange housefly infestation that took days to taper off. Some people in the leasing office weren't helpful and had poor attitudes regardless of time of day. My walk through was quick and while I was told it was good I didnt receive an itemized list of charges when I was only refunded $200 of it.

Good location that has everything very near by. The location of the apartment is top tier, you can walk to practically anywhere to get what you need

I moved here June of 2023 and my apartment was brand new and I loved that. It was quiet, peaceful and most days I had the pool all to myself. Then after about a year more people started moving in with kids. That's when I noticed how thin the walls were. Some guy above me was turning on some type of machine at 12pm at night. But far as the staff and crew they are amazing. They need cameras in the pool area because it gets awfully rowdy when staff leaves for the day.

Wonderful experience with Prose; excellent staff and maintenance team. Easy and smooth move in process and simple and convenient when it’s coming to getting maintenance with any issues in the apartment

It’s great place to live, the apartment sizes are huge. There is a lots of parking spaces. If you want a town house, that is available too. Great place for your dog. There’s two dog parks on premises. Electric vehicles friendly, with a few chargers around the premises.
