My brother living at Santierra Apartments has been one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had. All four wheels were stolen off his car while it was parked right outside my building. This was shocking, scary, and felt completely violated — and the worst part is that management offered absolutely no support.

When we asked for help or at least footage from the security cameras, he was told the cameras “didn’t capture anything” because they were foggy. Foggy. At a property where residents... pay high rent expecting safety and functioning security. It felt like they brushed us off and had no urgency or concern for my situation.

Not once did we receive follow-up, reassurance, or even a sense that they cared this happened on their property. We felt alone dealing with thousands of dollars in damage and zero accountability from the place I’m supposed to feel safe living. We would strongly recommend anyone considering Santierra to rethink it — no one deserves to feel this unsafe and unsupported where they live.

It's pretty from a distance but PLEASE consider the following before moving here, especially if you have a pet or kids:

1. There are no sidewalks. There are no outdoor, grassy common areas. Thankfully the pool is nice, but when it's too cold outside, there is nowhere for pets or kids to just be outside and play safely. I feel so bad for any dog here because how are they supposed to let out with ease? And for us people, there is just no place to walk... other than the treadmill..... which is... really dystopian.

2. The apartment is cheaply built. The vinyl wood floors are already coming off. This is a new build, but the cheap materials are not lasting. Plus, my apartment is super clean and I never leave food out, but gnats and fruit flies somehow always creep in. Is there a hole in here? Like what....?

3. Barely any trees tall enough or sufficient enough to take heat off of the parking lot. So, my view is the parking lot and during summers, it is absolutely way too hot. The roofs for the parking are made of reflective metal. So even more heat. I feel like I am in hell burning.

4. Receiving packages is such a hassle here. Sometimes it's stolen if it is delivered at your doorstep, other times the locker doesn't work. Also, you gotta pick up the package within three days or else they just send it back. So annoying.

Other than that, pros are it is a safe place. Generally clean. Ok location. Just needs to ix the major issues I mentioned above because I feel so confined here. Read More

Very poorly constructed apartment. Even though this place is recently built, the appliances arent really good and the construction is pretty bad. You will hear lots of noises in your unit due to this.
