Wall are very thin. Property management staff don’t Care about your complaints and safety. A lot of car break ins vandalism and robberies. Complaints go unanswered and unresolved. They are real quick to let you out your lease rather than try to solve the problem to your concerns and complaints.

Excellent Experience-5 Stars
?????????? From the moment I walked back into San Palmas, it felt like the right place. The application process was smooth and easy, and the property itself is truly beautiful—welcoming, peaceful, and somewhere I can actually picture myself calling home.
Bahar was such a bright spot in this experience. She treated me with incredible kindness and patience, and what really touched me was that she remembered me from years ago, when I wasn’t quite ready to make the leap. Coming back now, at a time... when I am ready, and being met with that same warmth made this feel full circle in the best way.
I’m so grateful for how genuinely cared for I felt throughout the tour and application process and am really looking forward to hopefully being part of the San Palmas community. This experience meant more to me than just applying for an apartment and Bahar made that difference.

Absolutely Amazing
I would like to commend the leasing, maintenance and front office staff at San Palmas. I can’t say enough about how professional and efficient they have been. William, Bree, and the awesome property manager worked as a team to completely resolve a maintenance issue I recently had in my unit. Service was exemplary and quickly completed. Well done! I absolutely love living here. Lastly, the amenities are top tier. I especially enjoy the pet spa, two pools, dog park, business office, and my daily... Starbucks coffee bar run. Highly recommend living at San Palmas.
