The leasing office staff was so sweet and accommodating. They made the entire moving process a very smooth transition. And the apartment itself is very nice

It has been okay for the most part. The only issue we have had are some random maintenance issues and they usually make it out that same day which is nice

Love my apartment. Love the windows. Don't like having to pay for cable and trash pick up. Don't use the services and still have to pay for them.

I’ve been living there going on two years in August and this is the highest the water bill has ever been. I feel like I’m paying for other peoples water bills and for the water leak that we’ve been having the city turning off and on the water so often and also when I moved in, I told him about my countertops being water damage on them. Now my stove is working on high. It will not work on a lower speed the top part. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. I’m very unhappy unsatisfied.

The location is nice and the neighborhood. With public close by and a walkable park is very convenient. The only issue I've had is noise because of the thin walls and old windows. Also. T here is a slight trash and cockroach problem the has gotten slightly better.
