The lowest score I can put is 1 star, but this place deserves 0 stars. I had no hot water in December for a week due to multiple gas leaks when it was very cold outside. I gave up and stopped checking to see if it was hot. Then, it was turned back and no one was notified so the hot water was a secret. No hot water again a few days later.

I thought the no hot water issue was bad but now for the last few days, there has been NO water. It has been on and off. I have had to drive to a gas station... to use the restroom. Is that one of the amenities here? No water?

We pay a fee for package lockers that don't work. The office staff were the ones who told me the lockers weren't working. Then, when I mentioned this later and asked for this fee to be reimbursed, they lied and said it was working when the screen was clearly off.

I have my own renters insurance but every month, they charge me for their master policy. Each time this happens, I have to contact them and request a credit. The never actually fix the problem and update their system to show I have insurance.

So far it's been a great experience just got all moved in yesterday so still seeing what the community has to offer parking in the front might be challenging though

Only been here close to a month and it’s pretty good only had a couple things that needed to be fixed but nothing to major it’s being handled.. Office staff super friendly and very upbeat to provide the best service possible as far as I’ve seen in the short time I’ve been around

I really enjoy living here. The place is clean, quiet, and safe. The staff are kind and always ready to help. I feel comfortable and happy in this apartment. Thank you!

There were bugs at time of move in but pest control did show up in a timely manner. The pool in many accessible or they gym but I’ve been told it’ll open soon.
