Living at The Banks at Las Colinas has been a great experience overall. The community is modern, well-kept, and ideally located, making it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants, and major roads. The amenities are a standout, and the staff is consistently friendly, professional, and responsive. I also value the clean environment, sense of safety, and welcoming atmosphere among residents. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, and I would confidently recommend it to others... seeking quality living in the area.

Constant Fire alarms, broken garage, stolen packages and don’t even think about getting your deposit back. The office staff lies and nothing has changed. The location is amazing which is why I gave it 1 star but it’s not worth the headache. Save your money, sanity and move somewhere else. You’ve been warned.
