He showed up early, got the old unit out, installed the new one, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Right now the experience is fine. After the new management team can see some changes. Providing some good terms on the leases. Would likely to prefer the renewal. Also expecting some good community events more so it feels like a community.

Wish the service and amenities were better for the price being paid for the apartment. Packages are a mess with the Luxer lockers. Doors don’t work

Maintenance is the best. Apartment ownership change is making the experience for residents time consuming, cost $$ for things unrelated to us a tenured residents but rather because changes out of our control, and confusing. Understand the apartment is likely improving though in the long run. Just not ideal because the process for tenants is drawn out rather than a one time, take action, process.
