Maintenance is the best. Apartment ownership change is making the experience for residents time consuming, cost $$ for things unrelated to us a tenured residents but rather because changes out of our control, and confusing. Understand the apartment is likely improving though in the long run. Just not ideal because the process for tenants is drawn out rather than a one time, take action, process.

Outside of the new resident portal, everything has been wonderful. I love the neighborhood, staff, and amenities here. Would recommend this place to anyone

It was a very good experience for me till 2024. Due to change in managements I feel that they are loosing a positive things that should be done. And the cleanliness of the community is getting worse day by day.
Not conducting any community even after telling this feedback multiple times.

The walls and floors are paper thin, you can hear everything around you, neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate. We had roaches when we moved in and had to get the exterminator twice to treat the whole apartment. The parking garage is super full so good luck getting a spot near your closest entrance without paying for a reserved spot. Dogs barking all the time. The street noise is loud even with windows closed. The internet router is set up in the closet of the master bedroom which is extremely... inconvenient and we get terrible internet service in the second bedroom (which is supposed to be our office). I like the layout of our apartment and the kitchen has good storage. However the cabinets and drawers are so cheap and multiple of our were broken upon moving in. I do like how close this complex is to the restaurants around lake Carolyn and the Toyota music factory. That’s pretty much it. Read More
