The support is not coming as expected from the team. Asked the team in the discrepancy in my rent emailed twice no response since I was out of town. Called them and also no response. On the due date they approached and stated if you don’t pay you’ll be charged for late fees we can’t help with that. That’s the response I received from them. It is very frustrating sometimes to work with the leasing staff.

I've enjoyed living here. If price wasn't so high, I'd continue to live here in the coming years. The staff is friendly, neighborhood is quiet and close to everything, and my apartment is lovely.

Outstanding maintenance service again at Promenade Las Colinas. Edgar from the maintenance team replaced my washing machine first thing this morning and handled everything quickly and professionally. He showed up early, got the old unit out, installed the new one, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Right now the experience is fine. After the new management team can see some changes. Providing some good terms on the leases. Would likely to prefer the renewal. Also expecting some good community events more so it feels like a community.
