Unfortunately, my experience here has been disappointing from the beginning. I was told my apartment had been walked through and cleaned before move-in, but it was visibly dirty when I arrived, with dust and grime throughout. Management ultimately reimbursed me for the days I was unable to use the apartment because of the condition, which I appreciated, but it took considerable back-and-forth to get that resolved.

The cleanliness issues have continued throughout the property. The corridors are... consistently dirty, with the same trash and debris seemingly left for weeks. The pool chairs are extremely dirty, and the mailroom door is frequently left open, which raises security concerns.

The gym is another concern. Three pieces of equipment have been broken since move-in and still have not been repaired. The gym also does not appear to be cleaned frequently enough. I regularly notice sweat marks and other residue on the equipment and surfaces, which is concerning in a space where people are exercising and sweating. The gym has also been without cleaning wipes for weeks, making it difficult for residents to properly sanitize equipment after use.

Communication from the leasing office has also been inconsistent and frustrating. In hindsight, the communication issues I experienced before signing my lease should have been a warning sign.

Overall, I am disappointed. For all the fees being charged here, I expect better cleanliness, functioning amenities, hygiene standards, security, maintenance, and communication. Read More

Enjoyed being here so far. The management shift has overall been a positive impact, though it’s confusing when there are inconsistencies in what/how new management vs old management does things.

Ex. Paying for water filters is a new charge that residents were not previously responsible but that was never communicated anywhere.

Email communication is also extremely inconsistent and hard to get from the complex. Even when trying to acquire new storage units. Multiple follow ups and finally... maintenance helped find a solution because management would never provide help via email. Read More

Since management has changed, I have noticed a few changes:

- cleaning company not cleaning as much as the previous one used to (especially corridors upstairs and the gym).
- we are being charged a lot so the property remains clean. If we want to use the barbecue next by the pool, we have to hold our breath some days because of dog's poops and pee!
- a lot of chairs at the pool are damaged and not being fixed.

The support is not coming as expected from the team. Asked the team in the discrepancy in my rent emailed twice no response since I was out of town. Called them and also no response. On the due date they approached and stated if you don’t pay you’ll be charged for late fees we can’t help with that. That’s the response I received from them. It is very frustrating sometimes to work with the leasing staff.

Great staff and maintenance. The amenities are ok but could use some updates. The location is great there's a lot of things to do in tbe area
