This place has been a nightmare. Noise is a constant issue, with little to no enforcement. Trash piles up in hallways and stairwells, creating a disgusting and unhygienic environment. Maintenance is practically nonexistent—broken gates to the parking garage and doors to the stairwells stay broken for weeks, and the leasing office couldn’t care less.
The absolute worst part is the predatory towing practices. The tow truck literally sits and waits for visitor passes to expire, and one of my... guests even had the tow truck driver break into their car to tow it. It feels like a scam between the complex and the towing company.
To top it off, the leasing office staff is rude and dismissive, acting as if residents are an inconvenience. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to live.

We take these matters seriously and are actively working to address them, including improving cleaning in common areas,... expediting maintenance repairs, and reviewing our towing policies.
