I’m very disappointed with my experience living in this apartment. The building quality is extremely poor—there are noticeable wall cracks, and doors don’t close properly, which is frustrating and inconvenient. Maintenance issues like these are either ignored or poorly handled by management. To make things worse, communication is terrible, with management being unresponsive and unhelpful when concerns are raised. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and... well-maintained living space.

Extremely poor maintenance
The maintenance team has closed my request to repair the malfunctioning front door smart lock, even though the issue remains unresolved. This has prevented me from leaving my home for nearly a week, significantly disrupting my daily life. It would be ideal if they were to reopen the request, expedite the repair, and restore secure access to my residence as soon as possible.
In addition, I've been dealing with unreliable HVAC services for the past two weeks, having submitted multiple maintenance... requests that have not been properly addressed. One request for the heater was closed after a week with no resolution, and the AC issue I reported five days ago has also seen no progress, causing bedroom temperatures to reach over 80 degrees and negatively impacting my sleep. Given the rent charged, the lack of timely and effective maintenance is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against renting in this community due to the extremely poor quality of maintenance services.

Rude management Horrible front desk person for a basic living.
Don't go with the old ratings...
With the new management that has taken the community this summer, there's no respect for residents when you talk she literally yells back at you with a awfull answer.
Building - Basement issues cracked walls - No timely maintenance - Kids scribble on the cars in the parking lot - Gym in the size of a restroom and a pool in the size of a patio with floating leaves dead roaches and muddy - No basic amenities for the rent they charge
Safety and Security -... Stagnant water around the apartment common area - No security cameras, No Gates - A resident's car was stolen this summer from a reserved parking lot when the office was questioned they said cars theft is common across and can happen anywhere - Homeless people roam around the community at night and relax in the pool
If you are ready to fight all this out go for it, there's always a better choice

Casa Valley Apartments
I have lived here for sometime over 10 years. What I like about the community is that everyone is family. And the floorplans are large and offer a lot of amenities. That you may not find in apartments in the general area. And management here is the best. To top it off. The neighborhood is very safe and clean! Anytime you have a maintence problem management is prompt and courteous.
