This is my second review after ZRS Management took over the property, and I’m happy to share that we’ve seen many improvements in the community. We’re glad to continue staying here.
Recently, we had an appliance issue, and the leasing office team—especially Brown—helped us resolve it very quickly. She was awesome and kept us informed about the ticket status until everything was taken care of.
I would also like to appreciate the ZRS team for having highly experienced maintenance technicians who... identify the root cause of issues and resolve service tickets quickly. One of the most experienced technicians is Hector, and he is truly wonderful. The way he troubleshoots and resolves our issues is impressive, and he consistently provides prompt and reliable support.
I want to specially thank the leasing office team, iBrown, Hector, and ZRS Management for having such a great team.
Overall, great experience—thank you to the entire ZRS team!

Professional, Friendly, and Efficient Management
We recently moved to Devi at Valley Ranch and are extremely pleased with the improvements since ZRS Management took over the property. The transition has been seamless, and the management team has consistently exceeded our expectations.
The leasing office staff are friendly, approachable, and attentive. A special thank you to Tanisha and Jill for promptly addressing our concerns and resolving them efficiently.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall communication and support... have been excellent. We truly enjoy living here and look forward to being long-term residents.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
The lowest I can give here is 1, but it deserves Zero Stars. I was a tenant for 6 months before I moved out of state. It was the worst experience from day 1. First, the apartment they showed and the one they gave me one day before I moved in are different. It was not ready and moldy, the floors had been damaged, had a terrible curry scent was soaked in every inch of the paint and the bathroom was a disaster. Then they offered the furnished one they showed but at an extra cost. Then the rats (I... caught 8 of them in the garage) and roaches in the operable garage door were daily events. When you call them no one ever answers. I had to leave the office on several occasions so I could catch them during their operation hours. Moving out they informed me of the total charges I was to pay which I paid. Then they added extra charges after I moved out and had no connection to the city. Accidentally learned the extra charge and I was not offered an online payment option. I asked a friend to physically hand the money order to them but now they claim they never received it and sent my file to collection and ruined my credit history. Especially the Manager is the worst that I have seen. If you plan to move in, I say think twice. TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
