Let me start by I'm a good resident and by good resident I mean: I pay my rent on time, the cops have only been to my apartment to investigate the break-ins, I haven't abandoned animals on random floors, I don't start fires in trash cans and place them by smoke detectors. It's these reasons why I'm treated like a 2nd class citizen. I was without a dishwasher for 2 weeks. During that time, I was patient and figured doing dishes by hand wouldn't harm me and maybe even humble me a bit. It was a... Friday, I hadn't heard anything so I called and talked to Shannon. She said it was just delivered and would be installed Monday, there's nobody there on the weekend. OK, I'll be patient. Of course I paid my full rent while I waited. Monday came and went, no dishwasher. But again, I'm a person who possesses a conscience. Maybe there was an emergency and I still have clean dishes. The part that's particularly disturbing is the promises go unfulfilled with no communication whatsoever. The entire week went by with no dishwasher, no messages, no excuses and we'll just cruise into the weekend without even addressing it.

You’ll probably regret it
The garage door and elevator are always broken, garage door is always up, maintenance just marks your work orders complete and doesn’t do anything, the trash chute is always backed up with bags of trash all over the floor, they repainted lines in the garage and threatened to tow vehicles in the way but can’t complete a work order, the first floor smells of cigarettes, dog pee, and trash, management will voice like they care but they don’t, the peloton has been broken for at least three years... and the club house has been temporarily closed for at least three years. If you use the gym, take a baggie for your phone and keys to be on the running machines because those trays and cup holders are gross.

Its Great!
I've been living here for six months now and the management and leasing office staff are great. Kayla and Jackie are awesome and make sure that any issues that I have with my apartment gets resolved. The apartments has great floor plans so you get more for your money especially for the neighborhood.
